Clive popped into Greenslade School on Wednesday to see for himself an after-school physical activity session being run by ActivKids.
ActivKids run sessions in a number of schools across the constituency, some before school begins, some during school time and others, such as the one Clive was invited along to, after school.
The sessions are designed to encourage all children aged between 4 and 11 to become more active whatever their sporting ability.
Clive met with Chris Eather, the local ActivKids leader, who showed him how the sessions worked.
“I was very impressed with the work being carried out by Chris and his team. We need to do all that we can to ensure that our children lead active healthy lives” said Clive.
